Return & Refund Policy

At shoeslbooks Holdings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided below. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or has been dispatched, the cancellation option will no longer be available, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Some bank and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the information below, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For refunds processed via bank transfer, please allow 3-5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you provided incorrect banking information for your refund, you may be subject to additional processing fees to reissue the refund.
